Properly balanced office spaces are more productive than those that are not. Comfortable workers produce more than those who work in uncomfortable environments.

Data and telephone equipment rooms need to be set for space heat load requirements. Precise air balance in these spaces will ensure that the servers and telecommunication equipment will work properly. The balance will also prevent damage to the equipment or shorten the life of the equipment due to operating outside of the manufacturer’s requirements.
